I was on Talk Radio Today!

Fox News Radio to be exact. I'm going to make my new hobby calling into the conservative talk shows and arguing with the hosts. Give these shows a listen... it's damn near brainwashing.

The story: A report comes out showing that Iraqis and "would be terrorists" are being smuggled into the U.S. via the Rio Grande. Evidently, these suspects are paying $25,000 to be smuggled in.

I ask Spencer Hughes: "What does this mean for the 'Fight Them Over There So We Don't Have to Fight Them Here' doctrine? There seems to be a logical inconsistency when the back door is leaking. Does this nullify Bush's theory?"

Spencer Hughes: "So you're saying that it doesn't make sense because people are finding ways to get in; being smuggled in and what not?"

Me: Exactly.

Spencer Hughes: "But what about the report this week showing that the lack of terrorist activity in the country is a direct result of the U.S's counter-terrorism efforts?"

Me: "I don't know to which report you're referring, but the big news this week has been multiple reports from both U.S. Intelligence and the New York Times showing that Al-Queda has re-strengthened to pre 9/11 power."

Spencer Hughes: "Those reports just aren't correct."

And then I was hung up on!
